Vision:
To empower young boys from underserved communities to grow into strong leaders and responsible men through mentorship, character development, and hands-on learning experiences.
Mission:
The WMT Youth Leadership Camp provides a safe and fun environment where youth develop leadership, teamwork, and practical life skills while gaining exposure to workforce readiness and STEM learning opportunities. Through engaging activities, mentorship, and technology-driven experiences, the camp equips young people with the confidence, skills, and resources needed to succeed in their communities and future careers.

The information and photos below will depict our vision, commitment, work and passion toward each child that comes through the camp gates. We strive to ensure each camper that attends receives tools to grow: mentally, physically, spiritually, emotionally and socially through the love of Jesus as future leaders!
